My Story
Born and raised on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Paola began her career in Plastic Surgery in 1997 working for one of New York City's finest and most prestigious Plastic Surgeons. She accepted the full time role of patient coordinator, initially, providing patients with a seamless experience from consultation to post operative care. Paola advanced to practice manager after obtaining her Bachelors in Psychology from Fordham University. As a practice manager she focused more on the revenue cycle, budget, vendor relationships, compliance of the on-site AAAASF accredited operating room, safety protocols and regulations as well as staff and patient concerns.

Work Experience
In 2011, after 15 years with the same surgeon, Paola felt it was time to expand her career. She sought a larger practice with multiple doctors, offering both surgical, and the more popular non-invasive procedures. Paola joined a practice with two locations and multiple providers, with varying cosmetic specialties; they ranged from performing invasive surgeries requiring anesthesia, to skin care and everything in between. In 2014 Paola acquired her Life Coach Certification, further assisting practice and patients to achieve their professional and cosmetic goals. She is someone who understands the "mind-body" connection, offering the best coaching for practitioners and patients alike. Paola is passionate about living the best life possible, educating others to pursue their dreams; she is devoted to bringing out the beauty within everyone.
